A. no, the Nexus 7 runs android 4.1, which has no flash support, and adobe won't allow installs
HOWEVER there are workarounds, including skyfire browser, which will convert flash video into HTML5 which will run on the Nexus 7

A. yeah u can do it. even I also installed an app before (which is created by me) and it works fine on my Android Jelly bean 4.1
