How do I sync my Windows 8 calender application with my calender on my Android phone?

Q. I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 8. How do I sync my calender app with my Android phone (version 2.3.5)? Is it possible to connect them through my Gmail account?

A. It's hard to as Windows is made by Microsoft and Android is owned by Google. Use your Hotmail/ Outlook or Outlook.com account on your Android Phone and you calendar should sync automatically.

What is the best prepaid phone plan with a High end Android phone?

Q. I am looking to switch from Verizon to a prepaid plan... I use about 150-300 minutes max a month, but I use about 3000 texts... I have a smartphone right now, which I mostly use for facebook and a few games... I am trying to find a plan that offers a nice high end android phone with a 3.5-4 inch screen, and 3G. Thanks!

A. Well you're not going to get a high end android on prepaid until about November. You can get low end - mid level androids with 3g. cricket has some pretty nice phones available now and coming soon. Like $55 per month unlimited everything

How Can I Rip my CD To my Android?

Q. I just got a new CD & I want to rip it to my phone. How do I do it? And can I use a portable DVD player to rip it? Just wondering. Thanks. For free, too, please!

A. Best thing to do is rip the CD to your computer then just use Google's play service. It is free and you can upload 10K worth of songs for free and just stream the music and keep your phone's memory free. And with Google's music manager it will automatically upload any new song's you put on your PC to your online library without you doing anything. That's all I do now a days with my Android phone. And any song or album you buy from your phone will automatically be uploaded to your collection and then you can download it to your laptop or PC twice for free.

Q. Camera, camcorder, built in wifi, buttons that are easy to text. I guess something like an Android but less expensive and no contract. Anything except Cricket phones.
