Q. I 'll be needing a new device for college,but I only have few excess budget what should I buy:
cheap android tablet amounting around to PHP7000 - 10000
or a nokia lumia 610 smartphone which is around PHP8000 - 10000??
I dont know what is the major differences of having a windows smartphone and an android tablet aside from having a simcard. please suggest and provide a fair reason.

Which is the best phone under 10000?
Q. I want a mobile with android 4.0 + which could run games like temple run etc easily. It should also have a good camera of 5.0 mp or 8.0 mp with auto focus. The battery should also be the best. It should also have internal memory more than 1 gb for apps. I don't care about the brand. Please tell me fast its urgent.
A. Probably the Samsung Galaxy S4 or the HTC One or the iPhone 5 but thats not android
