A. If you have Android 4.2 Jelly Bean or newer, it's possible to set up multiple user profiles on an Android tablet, with each user getting their own settings and separate set of apps. Unfortunately, at least on stock Android, this feature isn't available on phones, just tablets. However, if you're interested in rooting your phone and flashing a custom ROM, there are several that do bring the multiple user profile feature to Android phones as well.
