Q. also give ur review on samsung galaxy pop?? does it supports adobe flash player ??? can i watch live TV in it ???
A. The Samsung Galaxy Pop does support Flash, since it is shipped with Android 2.2 (Froyo) it is automatically Flash enabled. It looks like a fairly decent device, I would recommend you getting it. As for television, most likely, yes. You would most likely have to try and find an Application on the Android market that let's to do that. The device is 9000 RS no? Since the phone seems like the one of the lower end ones, I don't think you can get much lower with an Android powere device. I suggest you get the Samsung Galaxy Pop.
Should I sell my Smart Phone?
Q. Is it a good idea to sell a Symbian Belle Smartphone worth Rs 15000 (6 months old) for an Android 4.0 Smartphone worth Rs 6500 INR. I wanna know if features really outweigh money? I mean, is it better to have a phone that costs Rs 15000 INR, does all the basic stuff I need or a phone that does everything (basic + what Symbian cant do) and costs less than Rs 7000 INR.
Im talking about Nokia 701 and Micromax A89 Ninja. Should I get it selling off my Nokia 701 or keep my 701 cuz of the Price Factor (its higher priced and Im really conscious about it).
Ill have to compromise on lot of stuff if I get the A89, like Build Quality (currently dust gets under the display of my Nokia 701 though), Brand Factor (you know how people are conscious about brands these days), Camera Quality (I know Micromax really sucks in this category), etc.
So my main motives behind selling off my Nokia 701 are-
- Its Symbian (lack of Apps)
- Its has smaller display (3.5 vs 4 on A89)
- Dust gets under the Display (Repaired it twice, but no success)
And my motives behind getting A89 are-
- Its Android
- Larger Screen
And the reasons that are holding me off from getting A89 are-
- Its lower Priced
- Ive to ignore the camera as if it never existed (very poor quality compared to Nokia 701)
- Brand Status, Micromax vs Nokia
- Customer Support
Ill get no more than Rs 9000 INR selling off my Nokia 701 so my Budget is Rs 9000 INR (I cannot extend my budget). What should I do? What have you done if you were in place of me? Any Suggestions? Thanks in Advance for your answers.

A. I dont know why you think Symbian lacks apps. There's a lot on ovi store and other third party app sites; and since newer symbian os has backward compatibility, there's millions of apps from the beginning of symbian that you can use.
Unlike Symbian, its easier to create apps for Android and hence every Tom Dick and Harry have an android app. Most of these apps are just useless and is only an "ad-carrier" created for developers to make money from ads shown thru apps. So you need to come up with a list of apps that you probably need and then check the availability of the same with Symbian, iOS, Android and Windows and then decide for yourself which OS you want to go for.
For picking a mobile, your current selection of Micromax is not a good choice. I would have recommended that phone if you are just looking to buy your first smartphone and with a small budget. But after going thru your reasons for selling the current mobile, I'm sure that Ninja A89 would only disappoint you. If your budget is low, then try to get a used Samsung Galaxy, SE Xperia for Android or iPhone, Nokia Lumia, HTC for other operating systems. You dont have to compromise anything just to get to Android OS.
Oh and btw, 701 wasn't a good phone from Nokia. You could have bought the N8 instead which has better features and build quality. The higher hardware specs of 701 isn't reflected onto end user performance for some reason.
