Which phone should I get?

Q. I had a sony ericsson s500i that i used for about two and a half years and love (emphasis on the love) which died just recently. Which means i have to get a new phone... and i'm entirely clueless as usual.
I hate touch phones, so those are out of the question. i prefer the slider or the flip/clamshell style so that's something to work with.
i dont like phones that are too big or bulky so something thin...
Music and a respectable camera get bonus points. (has to have either of the two at the very least though)
i'm not sure what my budget is, but i think i have to stick to 4-5 figures at best.
help?
Umm.... I dont think i was clear enough. I DONT like touch phones. that cancels out the iPhone. and i dont really want anything as high as android.

what do you mean as high as Android?
you want a decent camera and music phone? those are hard to come by with out going to a smart phone especially the camera part most flip dumb phones have a 2 MP may 3MP at best while most smart phones have 5MP and up

A. the cheapest android devices are samsung galaxy mini(8000 rs), sony ericsson xperia x10 mini(10000 rs) xperia x8(9000 rs) and sony ericsson w8(10000rs)these all are cheapest price less than 200 dollar. Some indian brands like micromax are giving more cheaper but i don't think they are good. W8 is the best among these its gives excellent battery backup and music capability. But it doesn't have camera flash but gives nice photo n video. X10 mini is all rounder and comes with 5mp camera with led flash but its battery backup is not so good.p and music capability. A. LG Optimus is a decent phone and is unlocked. It isn't awesome but it is hard to get anything too amazing right now without contracts for less thant $200

I have the iPhone 4 personally, but need a work cell to carry in the daytime hours.

I have looked up comparisons, but most are biased towards one or the other. It does not matter company, although I would prefer not to be on AT&T again with another phone. It's already bad enough I need 2 phones, having them both have no service is counterproductive.

ATT: Samsung captivate(missing camera flash and tethering) and Sony Xperia 10 (runs older version of android, so might not offer all features like Full Flash and tethering)

Tmobile: my touch slide ( has a slower processor than alot of high end android phone and doesn't yet have android 2.2 froyo, should have it later this year) Tmobile G2, coming out oct 6 (very good phone with qwerty keyboard and will be the first of tmobile phone to offer HSPA+, which will give you speeds up to 7m download and 3 m upload)

Verizon: Droid X ( huge screen, just got android 2.2 yesterday, i think its way to big and missing front facing camera like its brother on sprint the HTC EVO 4G), Droid 2 ( nice keyboard, camera only has 5MP and no Front facing camera) Droid incredible by HTC( best android phone i have tested so far, super fast, 8 MP camera, and just very good phone over all)

Sprint: HTC EVO 4G (another big phone, but has front facing camera, you can get 4G speeds, battery runs out quick thou), Samsung Epic 4G (has front facing camera, missing android 2.2 but has 4 inch screen, super amoled screen and qwerty keyboard)

A. the evo 3D hands down, not only is the 3D cool as hell but the phone just works great its running threw newest android and the newest HTC sense. the new htc sense has an app that comes on the phone that will let you lock your phone, track your phone, erase it, also lets you make it ring incase you lose it at home. things like that its free and well if i ever lose my phone its great to no thats tehre you can lock the phone so when the person that has your phone looks at it you can have your own message on the screen like "hey dude you got my phone call me" then the only number they can dail is the number you put in (on your computer) ok moving on to the phone its self. well the phones great is has a 3D camera for both video and photos which yes you can turn off to shoot normal videos and photos, also the camera works real nice i had the old htc incredible and it had a 8MP camera which i loved the evo only has a 5MP camera but still works great. video looks nice and smooth then you have the front facing camera which works with apps like qik which allows you to video chat with people wether there using android or iphones i use it to talk to my wife on her iphone when we are apart. then you have the speed of the phone its running a 1.2ghrz dual core proccesser if you dont no that that means people talk about how fast the droid 2 is well thats running a single 1.2ghrz proccesser the evo 3D has 2 of those meaning the phones operating system (android) will run off one of the processer along with some other apps leaving you to use the other proccessor for gaming surfing things like that so your phone wont slow down. i watched a video of a guy testing the evo 3D vs the evo 4G and another phone i think it was the droid or thunderbolt or something and he had an app that would test your phones speed by running a test the evo 3D finished the test and showed results before the other 2 even finished the test and the evo 3Ds numbers were alot better. there are lots of apps and well i just love the phone im not the biggest fan of sprint but so far i have no issues i had verizon but it cost way to much sprints doing the job just wish there 4G was faster sprints 4G was tested the other day and other carriers 3G speeds were as fast as sprints 4G but thats off topic hope this helps i no i went on but sorry

is there a app for android smart phones that allows you to share a full screen shot photo?

Q. One of the downsides about androids is that you can't crop a whole image ! There are some apps i noticed maybe 1 or two that allow you to do so but how the heck do you share those photos once they are cropped the way you like them to instagram, twitter, facebook or whatever?

A. umm... 1) you CAN crop a whole images on Android.... from 1.5MP to 12MP.... the app you want is called "PicsArt"... if you want to do it from the camera itself, get "Camera ZOOM FX"... I do BOTH on a daily basis. if you wanna SHARE... click SHARE in both apps... FB twitter instagram etc etc etc etc will be listed... choose your fancy.... click ok... walla ... issue resolved...
