1.2 or 1 GHz dual core processor
4-8gb internal memory
dual SIM support
5 inch display or 4.5 inch display
5-8mp camera with flash
front camera
jelly bean or ics

plz provide suggestion my budget is 15000

1gb of ram
1ghz Samsung Orion DUAL CORE processor

A. 200 plus just for the phone. 70 bucks a month for data plan.
