Should I buy an Android or iOS Phone?

Q. I am in the market for a new smartphone, and I am unsure if I should buy an iOS or Android device. Don't get me wrong, I know enough about technology and all, but I have been a common user of iOS currently, and have little to no idea of the long-term benefits of Android. If an iPhone should I wait for the 5, because of the unveiling of iOS 5? If an Android is it really worth it to buy a 4G phone? If an Android is Motoblur, HTC Sense, or Touchwiz the overall best skin for Android?

Thanks Guys!
