What are you going to do when Google infringes on your privacy starting March 1, 2012?

Q. Starting March 1, 2012, Google will be collecting data on everything you do on their websites and products. This includes Google search engine, Youtube, gMail, and all android phones.

Democracy and capitalism are failing because people are not participating in the system. People are complaining about corporate greed yet people keep using the products and services from the corporations they are complaining about. Knowing that Google will be infringing on your privacy, what are you going to do about it?

A. Not use google.
I totally agree with you, but this isn't much different then what other sites like facebook are doing. As far as they are concerned now a days anything you do related to or with their properties is their property. Even credit card companies are keeping track of the things you buy and selling it to other companies so they know their strong and weak marketing areas.
I can see the usefulness of the process but privacy much be an option. Say, if they give you a check box to store your preferred settings and such.

Why are my contacts info and profile pic on my phone not the same as on Facebook?
Q. I have a Motoroal (Android) phone. When I go into my contacts, their info is not updated with what is currently on their Facebook page. Judging by some of the updates they made it quit working correctly around December 12, 2012.

A. Sync the contacts from Facebook to your phone. That will do.
