Actually, there is no information available yet about the update of the phone because it's too early to say this!

I am not exactly sure when the update will occur in Xperia U. The inclination is "no"; Xperia U won't get the Jelly Bean update. However, we will need to check the update with the phone. Depending on the type of mobile, one should refresh the device to get the update; otherwise, the update is not available yet. The updates and everything are all on company's hand!

Is the Samsung Galaxy S iii good?
Q. My family and I are getting new phones, and my mom and I were looking at the Samsung Galaxy S iii, and we both like it. My friend has it also. Is it any good?
A. Well, if you compare it to the iPhones, then yes.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a very excellent phone itself, and that's why I'm glad I chose it over HTC One X last May 2012.
Here's my experiences:
as you can see when you had the hand-on, the phone is Very Very good looking, like right on the edge with iPhone design, but Better
The phone sometimes lag a little, but like for half a sec, and like... happen only once a day, but's that's Android phone problems, because you can see all the cool customizations it offers.
The battery life is decent, can get around a little more than a day on average usage, But the Stand By time is HORRIBLE. but as long as you charge your phone every night you should be fine.
If you ever been an iPhone user, The Google Play Store on S3 isn't as close to the Apple App Store, there're much more apps you can play with on iPhone.
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is getting as popular as the iPhone, I walk around on campus and see like everyone has it..., so should you consider if you are one of a kind person.
There's many other phone that are better coming out, like Galaxy Note 2 which available to most carriers. just for you to consider.
Overall, I would Recommend the Samsung Galaxy S3, it's a very good phone and I have it for 7 months and still love it :)
