Windows Phone does have some good emulators. I recommend Snes8x, because it's FREE and works well.

It's normal for Android fans to bash everything that is not an Android, just ignore them. And honestly, I was never able to find a good emulator for my Android device... An app that works on one Android might not work on the other.. Well none worked on my Android tablet. Windows Phone always works.

A. There is no 3DS emulator for pc yet...
and even if there was, your phone couldnt even get 50% speed on it, since it would likely have the requirements of like a gamecube emulator (a 3.0ghz+ cpu which no phone/tablet in the world has)
