Q. i am currently searching for good mobile phone with compulsory
1 dual Sim
2 call recorder
3 note maker
4 camera
5 mp3 player
I live in india so verizon ar sprint doesnt work
dual sim and call recorder is the most important ones
even if call recorder comes as a software the phone must support it
3G would be nice but not compulsory.
i like the videocon v1705 but don't know if i has call recording,
please help me

how to bought US phone to India.?
Q. I live In India and want to bought a phone based on android 4.x .
I see some contract based phone (very cheap). How can I bought them. Is their any trick to bought them. Is they work in India without any hack & trouble.
The second Idea I have is buy 2nd hand phone on ebay or amazon. I am unsure that this will be equal to the price of brand new because I will paid Duty + shipping after bought a 2nd phone. Do someone have good idea on it.
Third idea is bought phone in India (online or shop). it's costly. Do someone have idea to buy better phone in less price.
Actually I have bought a phone on Diwali (last November 12, it's based on Symbian) and I can't afford a new phone. My main purpose of buying phone is just android development.
So what I thing is I should sell my phone first. My pocket have no money for now. Someone have idea for me to buy a new phone.

A. You can not buy a contract phone from the U.S. when you are in a different company.
