A. dont buy android phones especially within range of 6k to 7k
they have not good screen resolution,
have not good camera, clarity and they have not gpu which is used to ply hd games
they have not good hardware
specially battery life is very poor
and this phone have not any great features they are low levels android version
i personally advice you dont buy it

A. for budget of 7k-10k android doesnt offer much,maybe some basic apps,you need to buy atleast in range of 17k to get full potential of os,like flash support on browser,future update like ics,hd gaming 800*480 resolution,hd recording etc.for 7-10k symbian is safe bet coz most android phone at the price have terrible battery backup,call and signal quality issues,stability issues etc.
