Q. give me an idea about some smartphones under rs.6000 with Details......mainly give me suggestion on micromax and karbonn and lava, Celkon, samsung brand mobiles

A. Well, I could give you a very detailed answer to your question, plus tell you about superior options you can order overseas that will cost less. I could even teach you how to build your own smart phone (Cybernetics major). Unfortunately, you directed the question to GUYS and since I'm a girl, I'm afraid you will have to settle for an inferior answer from one of the other posters.

Can I use a phone from another provider on the Virgin Mobile USA network?

Q. Virgin Mobile doesn't have any Android phones. I want to get something like the HTC Hero (normally used on Sprint) and use that phone on Virgin Mobile since VM has cheaper plans. Also, any info you can give me on their plans would be helpful. $25 per month for 300 minutes and unlimited data seems too good to be true.

A. As far as I know you have to have a Virgin phone, but I have seen ads on Craig's list advertising that they flash phones for Virgin. I've never had it done, so I don't know if it works.
The plans are sort of too good to be true, but there's no trick.
$20 200
$30 400
$50 1000
There are other deals, different amounts. Texting too, I pay $4.99 for 200 texts, and use the bonus program to get free minutes. You can get up to 6000 free minutes a year by having other people use your bonus code when they sign up for a new account online, they get a free hour and so do you.
There is no charge if you don't use your phone. (I used to have Verizon prepaid and was charged $1 per day if I used it or not) You just have to put $20 on your account every 3 months to keep it current. If you don't put the $20 on your service will be turned off, but you have 60 days after that to save your account and keep your phone number.

If your do go with Virgin here is my code:
dGusqu0H

Just copy and paste, it's case sensitive.

which is the most reliable smart phone in Indian market?HTC , sony or LG?

Q. I am a dual sim nokia user.but i want a dual sim smart phone.lumia is single sim phone.so please suggest me a long-lasting reliable dual sim smart phone ( android or windows or symbian)within the range of Rs- 6000 to 8000 INR.Please help..i need the phone urgently..
Thank you

A. If you are not obsessed with brands then you can go for "Lenovo A690"
The phone has some really good features and comes at a price of roughly Rs. 7200. HTC will never provide good quality phones at such low cost as its hardware is pretty expensive. The same also goes for Sony. Lenovo is coming up with a new range of smart phone segment and therefore, in order to make an entry it is maintaining its price at the lower segment, You can check its specifications at:
http://www.shopclues.com/lenovo-a690-dual-sim-android-smarphone-en.html?utm_source=markgroup

Please do not go for Samsung because all the models look similar to one another.

Android Kindle to Sony Ereader?

Q. I have Kindle app on my Android phone, i've bought and paid for a book and have been reading my book just fine, but my eyes are struggling so i bought a Sony eReader psr-6000.
I use Calibre for managing my books, but i can't copy my book to my Sony due to DRM, is there any easy to follow method for converting my book to the correct format?

A. Unfortunately, no. There is no legal way to convert a DRM protected .azw (kindle) book to a format that can be read by a Sony (or any other e-reader)
Sony has great public library access, so perhaps you could borrow the e-book through the Library Finder link and read it on your Sony that way.

How is the traffic on I-85N from Newnan, Ga to the Atlanta Airport?

Q.

A. Based on some proprietary data that I have at work, I checked a route from Partners II Pizza (48 Market Square Rd, #E, Newnan, GA 30265 (770) 253-9221) to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (6000 North Terminal Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30320 (800) 897-1910). Your route on 85 North would take 34 minutes at 8 AM and 4 PM any day of the week (except Tuesday at 8 it would be 35 minutes and Sunday at 4 it would be 36 minutes) over a distance of 28.3 miles. Of course, the travel time assumes that there is not any traffic congestion or crashes or incidents along your route hard to know in advance when those will happen.

You should also check out the mapquest.com page for the route and you can click on "traffic" at the top right of the webpage to see what conditions are like at the time(s) you want to go there and back to see what traffic is like and how long it should take you.

If you have an iPhone or Android phone, INRIX (a leading traffic data company) makes it traffic information available for free with the INRIX Traffic! app on major roads throughout the country and they have an upgrade to the Pro version for $10 a year or $25 lifetime that has additional coverage on side roads and other features like comparing commute routes more details at the 2nd link below.

Good luck and safe travels!
