I wish to buy a nokia phone under 4000 INR having all multimedia features and internet support. But I want that it must also support all the regional languages of India. I found one such phone called Nokia C1-01 which meets all the requirements, but it is not available , not even online. So I request you , please tell me which other phones of nokia support all Indian languages, along with all multimedia and internet, and also 32 Gb expandable memory.
The phone specifications online do not mention the languages supported, so I need to know from you. I request you to provide me the neccessary information so that I can decide which phone shall I buy.
Thank You

Best tablet under $200?
Q. On my list I've had the Nexus 7, Galaxy Tab 2, Visual Land Prestige 10 and Coby MID8065. But every time I decide on one I end up finding reviews on other sites that put me off, or find out it's missing something crucial for my needs.

What I want:
Android 4.0 or higher
1.2 GHz
At least a 5000 mAH for battery
7-10" screen, though closer to 10" is preferred
1 GB RAM
At least 8 GB storage/capacity
Camera (pic & video), speakers, usual ports (HDMI, micro SD, USB, etc)
Bluetooth enabled is a must!
Google Play is a must!
Adobe compatible
Capacitive screen
Wi-fi capable

I'll be using it mostly for long periods of note taking so it needs to have great battery life.

My only way of connecting my husband's tablet (Asus EEE Slider - a bit out of my price range) to get online is through bluetooth. We usually tether the phone to the laptop since the only internet we have is on the phone (read: no wi-fi), so if he ever needs to get online on his tablet for basic browsing is by enabling bluetooth on my phone and sharing the connection. Bit of a pain, but it's cheaper that way.

Google Play capability is needed because I like their apps better. Also, if I so happen to be in an area with wi-fi, Hulu Plus has to be compatible - they took their list down from the site so I don't know which individual tablets are supported anymore.

A larger screen size is preferred for typing, though I like the compact size of the 7".

Please, nothing higher than $200, NO apple products and it has to meet all of the above. TIA!! =)
ETA: Visual Land is definitely off the list since it doesn't support Google.
@Devon, I'm an adult. I have bills to pay and I like to live within my means. So if I'm looking for a $200 and under tablet that means I'm looking for a $200 and under tablet.

A. Hi. I would recommend Galaxy Tab 2 7" from these options.

- Android 4.0 or higher: Yes Upgradable to 4.1 too
1.2 GHz: Dual Core 1Gh Processor

- At least a 5000 mAH for battery
4000mAH but enough for around 11 hours of battery backup

- 7-10" screen, though closer to 10" is preferred
7" would be better option since the budget you mentioned is best for 7" screen only

-At least 8 GB storage/capacity: Yes plus microSD slot

-Camera (pic & video), speakers, usual ports (HDMI, micro SD, USB, etc): Yes all those ports and Camera is there. Rear Facing 3.15MP and front facing VGA camera

-Bluetooth enabled is a must!: Yes
-Google Play is a must: Yes
-Adobe compatible: Yes
-Capacitive screen: Yes
-Wi-fi capable: Yes
-1 GB RAM: Yes

Galaxy Tab 2 7" - Review from an actual user:

Nexus has front facing camera only
While the tablet you have mentioned is pretty unknown and I dont actually recommend something that you cant rely on.
