my android phone won't open up the home screen?

Q. I have a Droid X, I just downloaded the new software update which I believe was 2.3.5, and I uninstalled Launcher Pro app, now whenever I press the button to go to my home screen It doesn't go . and when I turn it off and on my home screen doesn't have any icons or anything and just says "Remote Lock" with a button that says "Select Home" but whenever I press on it a little box pops up and says "UnLocked by Server Operate." but the doesn't do anything. I can't use my phone, help? I think it has to do with the Remote Lock app but I don't know what to do about it
Joe, that didn't work, it just went back to the same screen again, but thank you so much for trying

A. do a reset on the phone
it will wipe everything including the update you might have a corrupted update
settings>privacy and factory reset
if you cant access that....do following below.
hope this helps

1. Turn the phone off.

2. Hold the Power and Home buttons down for about 5 seconds.

3. A screen with an exclamation will appear. Tap the Search key.

4. Scroll down to factory reset using the Volume Down button.

5. Confirm the selection.

6. Select Yes delete all user data then tap OK.

How do I modify my android smart phones home screen interface?
Q. I do not want to root my phone. I want an application or something that allows me to customize the size, location, and appearance of an icon on my home screen.
If it is of any help I have a Droid Razr Max.

A. You load one of these alternate home launchers:
